Ike Turner, known as the father of rock and roll, dies at the age of 76. He died in his sleep in his home in San Marcos, California. He was a rock and roll star until, his now ex-wife, Tina Turner, divorced him for domestic violence and severe drug abuse. Tina Turner's autobiographical movie, "What's Love Got To Do With It" started downward turn in the once great star's career.
His career had a comeback in 2007 when he won a Grammy for his Album "Risin with the Blues" which was produced by Zoho Music. He was a great artist and like most of us, a good man most of the time.
